SHIPPING POLICY

At Maison Lascot, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 3–10 business days
• International: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Maison Lascot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Maison Lascot cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
